Shipping policy

Delivery Details

 

Cop Source™ prides itself on providing worldwide shipping on all orders. The details and pricing varies on location of the order and the option selected. All delivery options will come with tracking information. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, you will then be provided with a follow up dispatched email with a tracking link to your order. 

A signature may be required and if you're not available the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your parcel. This may vary depending on the country but we at Cop Source are happy to help if more information is needed, just email us with your order number.

The delivery options available to you can be found below:

 

UK Delivery

Orders placed will be shipped at earliest convenience but with the aim to ship by the following day latest. This is subject to processing and internal checks. We aim to process all orders at the earliest opportunity.

 

Standard Delivery

Via Royal Mail– Delivery expected in 3-5 Working Days - £4.99

 

Express Delivery

Via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature – £7.99

 

EU Delivery

Orders placed within the EU will be processed and shipped within 2 working days subject to processing and internal checks. We aim to process all orders at the earliest opportunity, once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to a local post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

 

EU Standard Delivery

Via Parcel Force/ DHL- Delivery expected in 8-13 working days (excluding custom holds in the respective country) - £18

 

International Delivery

Orders placed outside the EU Zone will be processed and shipped within 2 working days subject to processing and internal checks. We aim to process all orders at the earliest opportunity, for international deliveries, please check the respective custom duty threshold of the country the order is being delivered to before you order. Cop Source do not pay custom duty taxes, so please ensure you are aware of all possible additional charges. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to a local post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

 

International Shipping

Via Parcel Force/DHL 10-15 working days (excluding custom holds in the respective country)  - £25.00

 

Cop Source™ reserve the right in certain circumstances to request documentation as proof of identification to help process your order. Due to differing legislations worldwide we aim to ensure that orders placed are received by the customer as safely and promptly as possible. If identification is not provided upon request, we reserve the right to place your order on hold until the required information has been received.
